As Principal of a boutique sole practice, Samantha drafts, reviews and negotiates commercial contracts, services agreements and licensing arrangements for her clients, including in relation to Intellectual Property and Brand Management, as well as providing specialist assistance with trade mark filing and prosecution. Samantha also assists clients in dispute resolution matters involving infringement of clients\u2019 intellectual property assets.<\/p>\n
Samantha has private clients in a range of industries including online retailing of beauty products and fashion items, health sector, product design, manufacturing and distribution of alcoholic beverages, coffee roasting and caf\u00e9s, software companies and book publishers.<\/p>\n
Samantha also provides corporate in-house legal counsel services on fixed-term contracts, with particular specialisation in commercial research, IT and health\/pharmaceutical sectors.<\/p>\n
